DALLOZ MONTAGNE joins MBS-ADIC

Formerly a competition in the field of ski resort protection, this Jurassian compagy, created in 1988 by Jean-Claude Dalloz, a former member of the French team and subsequent trainer, is now part of the M.N.D. group through the intermediary of its MBS-ADIC subsidiary, which recently bought up 100% of its shares.

This action strengthens the latter's position as a major player in ski resort equipment and safety, by diversifying its competition section. The MBS-ADIC company has previously specialised in safety nets, as well as timing with the Austrian brand ALGE. Now, the DJC-Dalloz homologated flex poles with F.I.S. certification, used particularly for slaloms, giant slaloms and slalom descents, as well as racing bibs and inflatable air mattresses for finishing lines will be on integral part of what the two united players are offering. The same applies to educational and kindergarten products.

DALLOZ MONTAGNE will also contribute all of its knowledge on the organisation of sports shows, with its ranges of banners and tents, necessary for holding large events, such as the recent Alpine World Ski Championships of Val d'Isère, where DALLOZ MONTAGNE and its staff simultaneously equipped the slopes of Bellevarde and Rhône-Alpes with flex poles and finishing line air mattresses.
