Total snow control

Liberty is a self-regulating autonomus system for snowmaking management - the product of Johnson Controls Neige technology and experience in the field of automated process control. 

The continuous centralized monitoring of operating parameters and local weather conditions facilitates proactive adjustments to the system. The SNOCOM high-speed network, the backbone of the snowmaking facility, provides an ultra-fast link between the computer and on-slope snow-producer shelters, as well as with all of the system’s various elements in the machine rooms, via YPLC programmable controllers.

Liberty, with its cutting-edge technology, will become the virtual “intelligent” core of your system, ensuring optimal management of the entire range of resources – including both equipment (i.e. pumps, compressors valves, snow producers etc.) and elements of production (air and water). The continuous adaptation of these resources to needs, as well as decision-support tools, ensure the production of just the right amount and quality of snow.

As a result of the optimal utilization of resources, the operator can both fully control snowmaking costs and contribute to the conservation of available resources. Liberty provides the maximum degree of control over snowmaking operations by supporting multi-configuration modes, such as filling of reservoirs during snow production, gravity modes and partial high-pressure boosters modes...

As the true heart of the system, Liberty provides full control over all operating features and parameters. The user can simultaneously manage snow quality and production quotas in each shelter, as well as the operating schedule and priority assigned to the different machines and slopes, and the generation and automatic export of statistical reports (i.e. daily production report, reports on conditions and operating parameters), or take advantage of production support and maintenance management features.
